At Fully World, we begin processing your order as soon as it is placed to ensure timely delivery. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customized & Made-to-Order Products
- Orders for customized, altered, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.
- These orders are specially prepared based on customer requirements.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable if no payment has been made.
Cancellation by Fully World
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:
- Product unavailable or out of stock
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment not received or failed verification
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Unforeseen operational issues
In such cases, any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
